Copies of documents submitted by Ugalde, ex-Governor of Coahuila, to Viceroy Bernardo de Gálvez, relating generally to needed reforms in the administration and military defense of the Provincias Internas, and particularly to a defense of Ugalde's policy in the gubernatorial post from which he was removed by Teodoro de Croix. Accompanied by a chart of troops and defenses for the northern Provincias Internas signed by Ugalde in Mexico City, May 5, 1786.
